Welcome to Orthotic Technical Services (OTS Grenace). By accessing and using our website, purchasing products, or registering as a wholesale customer, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. General Information
- Orthotic Technical Services (OTS Grenace) supplies orthoses, braces, support devices, and accessories across Australia.
- We sell both to the public and wholesale customers, however we do not provide fittings or clinical consultations. Patients are encouraged to seek advice from their treating clinician (orthotist, physiotherapist, or allied health provider) before selecting a product.
- By using this site, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age or purchasing under the supervision of a guardian or healthcare provider.
2. Wholesale Access
- Wholesale pricing is available only to verified hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers with approved wholesale accounts.
- If a wholesale customer places an order without logging in to their wholesale account or does not select the wholesale item, the order will be processed at retail pricing.
- Refunds for price differences will not be issued.
- If an order is placed “on account,” the wholesale price will automatically be applied.
3. Orders & Payments
- All orders must be placed via our online store or through approved wholesale ordering channels.
- Payment methods include secure credit/debit card payments, PayPal, and account-based invoicing (for approved wholesale customers).
- Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to errors in pricing, availability, or suspected misuse of wholesale accounts.
4. Delivery & Shipping
- Most orders are shipped via StarTrack or Couriers Please.
- For bulky orders, we may use alternative couriers at our discretion.
- Shipping times vary depending on location but we aim for same-day or next-business-day dispatch where possible.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. OTS Grenace will not be liable for delays or costs due to incorrect addresses.
5. International Orders
- At this time, international orders are not available through our website checkout.
- Customers outside Australia must email ots@grenace.com to arrange a quotation and discuss shipping options.
6. Returns & Refunds
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be:
- In original packaging
- In new and unused condition (aside from trying on for sizing)
- Free of wear, modifications, or damage
- Returns may be refused if items do not meet these requirements.
- Change of mind or incorrect size returns are accepted provided the above conditions are met.
- If goods are faulty, please contact us immediately for resolution.
- Refunds are not available on price differences between retail and wholesale purchases.
7. Warranty
- All Grenace products come with a 1-year warranty, provided the product has not been modified or altered in any way.
- Thrive Orthopedics AFOs include a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty.
- Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by improper handling.
8. Limitation of Liability
- OTS Grenace supplies products for use under the guidance of healthcare professionals.
- We are not responsible for clinical outcomes, product misuse, or complications arising from incorrect product selection.
- To the extent permitted by law, OTS Grenace disclaims all liability for damages, losses, or injuries resulting from use of our products.
9. Privacy & Data
- We respect your privacy and handle all personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.
- By purchasing from us, you consent to the collection and use of your data for order processing, customer service, and business operations.
10. Amendments
- OTS Grenace reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
- Continued use of our site or services indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
