Delivery
Same day dispatch for stock items ordered before 2pm. Orthotic Technical Services (OTS Grenace) provides fast, secure dispatch of all orthoses, braces, and support devices across Australia. Most orders will be shipped via StarTrack or Couriers Please. For bulky or oversized orders, we may use alternative courier services to ensure safe and reliable delivery. We aim to process and dispatch all orders promptly so that hospitals, allied health clinics, and patients receive their products efficiently and on time.
Returns and Refunds
Orthotic Technical Services will accept returns within 30 days of the order date. Eligible returns can be processed as a credit or refund to your original payment method.
Change of Mind or Incorrect Size: Items returned for change of mind or incorrect sizing must be in original condition and packaging and must not have been worn
Faulty Products: If goods are faulty, please contact our team immediately to arrange a resolution.
Product Warranties: Our Grenace products carry a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, provided the product has not been modified or altered in any way. OTS will honor all manufacturer warranties and exchange products in accordance with our manufacturer policies.
All returns must be authorised by an Orthotic Technical Services staff member. Please email:ots@grenace.com for a return authority form.
Credits – Credits applied to your account will be valid for 12 months. If credits have not been used within 12 months, they will be forfeited.
Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice, however we expect to hold the price of our Australian made products firm for 12 months. Imported product pricing may be altered according to varying exchange rates. If a wholesale customer makes a purchase without logging into their account or does not select the wholesale item, we will not refund the price difference. However, if the order is placed on account, we will automatically charge the wholesale price.
Payment
You can pay via PayPal and Credit Card payments are accepted at the time of order. If you would like to make payment over the phone, please call us on 03 9776 9233. Wholesale customers are entitled to a 30 day net account that will be opened upon completion of our Wholesale Registration Form
International Orders
Customers outside of Australia who wish to order our products are welcome to do so. Please email ots@grenace.com with your order details and shipping requirements. Our team will provide guidance on availability, shipping costs, and delivery options for international orders.
